    2. We ship USPS. For larger items, we will accept your DHL, FedEx or UPS pickups. eMail BEFORE purchasing for arrangements.
    3. COMBINED DISCOUNTS
      1. We do give combined shipping discounts on purchases within three (3) days of each other.
      2. Combined shipping discounts REQUIRE a SINGLE COMBINED payment.
        1. Why combined? If you make two payments and THEN ask for discount, we have to manually log in, refund your payments, then re-send the payment request taking a decent amount of time. Time is money, and our incentive for giving the combined shipping discount has been lost (or spent).
      3. Your initial invoice may not reflect a combined discount. Please request the discount.
    4. Currently we do not ship internationally.

  1. REFUNDS / RETURNS
    1. We strive to describe and display all items accurately. Photos are of the actual item you are purchasing (unless stated otherwise).
    2. DO ask questions.
    3. New items are "satisfaction guaranteed."
    4. Within three days of receiving your item, request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    5. New item returns are refunded only if all pieces of the item are returned and with the original container the item was shipped in.
    6. Non-defective items (items you just don't like) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    7. Shipping, handling and insurance is non-refundable.
    8. Buyer responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Defective items will be replaced immediately (if a replacement is in stock).
